**Day 3 of our Bali road trip started with an unforgettable sunrise over Lombok Island—watching the golden hues stretch across the horizon was pure magic!** ☀️✨ But little did we know, our journey to Tirta Gangga would turn into an unexpected adventure, thanks to some rather questionable Google Maps directions. 😅 Determined to reach the stunning water palace, we unknowingly took a few, let’s just say, _creative_ detours. Twisting roads, hidden village paths, and plenty of local smiles later, we realized that getting lost in Bali might just be the best way to explore it! 🗺️ Along the way, we stumbled upon lush rice terraces with no other tourists in sight, a tiny warung serving the most delicious fresh coconut, and friendly locals who pointed us back in the right direction (after a few laughs at our confusion!). Finally arriving at Tirta Gangga, the sight of its serene ponds, intricate fountains, and stepping stones over koi-filled waters made every accidental detour _totally_ worth it. The kids had a blast hopping across the stones, and we took a moment to soak in the peaceful atmosphere of this historic royal retreat.
