How One Bali Boutique Helped Me Rediscover Confidence in My Style
I’ve never really loved clothes shopping. Not as a teen. Not post-babies. Not even now, as I slowly find myself again. For as long as I can remember, shopping has made me feel uncomfortably uncomfortable. Too tight, too short, weird fit, awkward cuts, and nothing ever quite sat right—on my body or in my confidence. And even now, with more body acceptance and more self-love than I’ve ever had before, I still kinda hate shopping. It’s just never been my jam. But… maybe if I had shops that offered to tailor pieces to me—to my size, my shape, my vibe—maybe I would’ve felt differently. This week on our girls' day, we visited @jinx.the.label —and let me just say: it’s a boho dreamland of prints, leather, turquoise stones, and slow fashion goodness. 😍 The girls in-store were incredible. They chatted, styled, and told me everything can be tailored to fit you like a glove. I tried on this set (with POCKETS 🙌), and for the first time in a long time, I actually felt... cute. Confident. Comfortable. Seen. Even better? Jinx is size inclusive, with sizing from 8–30 and a genuine commitment to making all women feel beautiful. This is how fashion should feel. I think about Lola watching all this too—watching me. And I want her to know: All bodies are different. All bodies change over time. And no matter your size, your age, or your shape—you deserve to feel gorgeous in the clothes you choose to wear. We don’t have to love shopping to love ourselves. But every now and then, a shop that gets it makes all the difference. #BodyLove #MumLifeMoments #ClothesThatFit #BohoVibes #SelfAcceptanceJourney #JinxTheLabel #BaliShopping #GirlsDayOut #StyleYourWay #ChadAndMiaOfficial #BaliWithKids #MotherDaughterMoments #TailoredToYou #SlowFashionBali #SizeInclusiveFashion
