Planning Our Next Act of Vacation: Family Adventures in Bali

<p>While Chad works hard, I’m plotting our next <strong>‘act of vacation’</strong>—and this time, it’s Bali! 😎🌴 Because let’s be honest: planning is half the fun (especially when you get to daydream about beach sunsets while someone else is in meetings!).</p> <p><strong>Bali with kids?</strong> Absolutely! From serene rice paddies to vibrant markets, and kid-approved beach clubs to gentle snorkeling spots, Bali is a treat for all ages.</p> <p>Planning a trip like this is all about teamwork—he brings in the PTO days, I bring the color-coded itinerary. 😂☀️ Together, we’re crafting a balance of chill and thrill: lounging in <em>Uluwatu</em>, exploring the monkey forest in <em>Ubud</em>, and maybe a splash at <em>Waterbom Bali</em>, Asia’s best water park (yes, we did our homework!).</p> <p>For families heading to Bali, here are some quick tips:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Book family villas</strong>—many come with private pools and kitchens, ideal for downtime.</li> <li><strong>Hire a driver</strong> for easy transport (and air conditioning between stops!).</li> <li><strong>Don’t overschedule</strong>; Bali runs on a chill vibe, and kids love spontaneous playtime.</li> </ul> <p>There’s something magical about watching your kids experience the world—and Bali makes the perfect backdrop.
