Navigating Perimenopause During My Bali Health Journey at BIH

My health journey in Bali took an exciting turn this week during a follow-up visit at BIH (Bali International Hospital). After a series of diagnostic tests—checking everything from hormone levels to vitamin and mineral balances—I finally have a clearer picture of what’s going on as I navigate perimenopause.

If you're unfamiliar, perimenopause is the transitional phase before menopause, and it can come with a rollercoaster of symptoms—fatigue, mood shifts, irregular cycles. It’s different for everyone, but one thing’s for sure: having a supportive medical team makes a world of difference. That’s exactly what I found here in Bali.

Based on my results, the doctors at BIH and I are now considering Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) as part of my personalized treatment plan. We’re waiting for my cycle to begin before moving forward, but for now, I’m feeling optimistic, informed, and incredibly supported.
