Most people have heard of kopi luwak… but not many know how it’s actually made 👀 This is one of the more ethical setups we’ve come across in Bali. The luwaks are free to roam at night, doing what they naturally do… and in the morning, the team go on what they call a little “poo exploration” to collect the beans 😅 It’s all run by a small local family, no big branding, no social media… just a really simple, traditional setup that actually felt quite special to visit.
