Mould and damp update 🏡✨ We finally got it sorted… and honestly, such a difference. We had the team from Mr. Biocid come through and treat the house. They use a hospital-grade hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂) sterilisation that mists through the space, reaching everything, not just what you can see. It’s safe for people, pets, and materials, but strong enough to neutralise mould, spores, bacteria, and viruses, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. We just needed to sit outside for a couple of hours while the treatment was done, then came back into a house that felt completely different. No damp smell. Mould cleaned off surfaces. Just fresh, clean air again 🤍 We ended up doing the whole house because of how easily mould can spread here, and I’m so glad we did. They were thorough, professional, and made the whole process really easy.
