Day 2 of our family-friendly Bali road trip kicked off in the peaceful seaside town of Candi Dasa. After a relaxed breakfast with ocean views, we packed our swimsuits and hit the road, heading toward the vibrant coast of Padangbai — home to the stunning Blue Lagoon. Just a short drive away, the Blue Lagoon is a dreamy cove with soft white sand and turquoise waters, perfect for a family swim. Arriving in Amed by mid-afternoon, we settled into our oceanfront accommodation and were thrilled to find a coral reef just steps from our door.
