**Bali Road Trip: Day 5 – Dolphins at Sunrise & Mountain Escapes** Day 5 of our **self-drive Bali adventure** started early in **Lovina**, where we set out before dawn on a traditional boat, eager to spot the famous **wild dolphins**. As the sun painted the sky in hues of orange and pink, playful dolphins surfaced, putting on a magical display. It was truly an unforgettable experience—**a must-do for families** visiting Bali! 🐬🌅 After soaking in the ocean sunrise, we hit the road, winding our way up into Bali’s lush, mountainous heartland. The drive through scenic roads, past villages and terraced rice fields, was a beautiful transition from the coast to the **cooler region of Bedugul**. In **Bedugul**, the air was crisp, a refreshing change from the tropical heat. We visited the iconic **Ulun Danu Beratan Temple**, which appears to float on the lake, surrounded by misty mountains—an absolutely **breathtaking sight**. Perfect for photographers and families alike! 📸🏞️ For lunch, we stopped by a cozy **mountain café**, enjoying warm Balinese dishes with stunning views. If you're traveling with kids, don’t miss the **Bali Botanical Gardens**, where little ones can run around while parents soak in the serene atmosphere. Our **day 5 adventure** perfectly combined the **thrill of marine life** with the serene beauty of Bali’s highlands.
