From landing in the rooster house from hell, waking up to a cacophony of crowing, to quickly pivoting and finding our new home, it's been a whirlwind of excitement, challenges, and laughter. 🏠
🌴 Now settled into our cozy villa, surrounded by the lush greenery and the vibrant energy of Bali, we're ready for the long-term adventure that awaits. The first month has been a mix of exploration, cultural immersion, and creating memories that will last a lifetime.

As a family of six, we knew relocating to a new country would come with its challenges, but it’s safe to say Bali has been as kind as it’s been chaotic. From day one, it’s been a beautiful mix of trial, adjustment, and discovery.</p>
<p>Our story began with a jolt—quite literally. Imagine landing in paradise only to spend your first nights in what we now lovingly call the 'rooster house from hell.' Picture pre-dawn symphonies of crowing and questionable living conditions that had us seriously questioning our plans. But as they say, the magic happens just outside your comfort zone, and pivot we did! 🐓✨</p>
<p>We quickly found our stride, moving into a dreamy little villa nestled in Bali’s lush heart. Surrounded by swaying palm trees and the symphony of nature (the peaceful kind!), we’ve discovered the beauty of slow mornings, tropical breakfasts, and meaningful family time. The villa feels like more than a home—it’s our opportunity to pause and reconnect.</p>
<p>From navigating the lively local markets to embracing Bahasa Indonesia basics, every day has been an exciting cultural immersion. The kids are loving the beach days, scooter rides, and monkey-spotting adventures, while us grown-ups appreciate the balance between Bali's vibrant energy and tranquil retreats. 🏝️🐒</p>
