After a big day, the last thing I want to do is cook dinner… And I know I’m not alone there. 😅 Tonight, after dance class ran late and everyone was running on low batteries, we decided to treat ourselves and try a new spot we’ve been eyeing off for a few weeks now. It’s just opened up on the top of Tamblingan here in Sanur — and every single time I drive past, the smell has been incredible. You know the kind of smell that makes your stomach instantly remind you it exists? So tonight, we went for it. And let me just say… worth it. Every bite. We ordered: 🍔 6 chicken burgers (yes, SIX — big family problems) 🧀 2 quesadillas 🥔 2 baby potato bites And everything was so good. Fresh, packed with flavour, and cooked with care — you could tell this team loves what they do. What made the night even better? Meeting the lovely team behind the counter and being greeted by Whisky the pug, the unofficial door greeter and all-round local legend. He sits proudly out the front, tail wagging, ready to welcome every single customer like they’re already a regular. We chatted with the owners, heard a little about their journey opening the place, and left feeling not just full — but really happy to have found another Sanur gem to add to the rotation. These small businesses are the heart of the community, and supporting them — especially in their early days — really makes a difference.
