Today, our own little adventure came with a dose of stillness. After a whirlwind of errands (because, yes, even in paradise there’s laundry), Chad and I managed to carve out five blissful minutes at Starbucks. Not Bali’s trendiest café, but it was en route, air-conditioned, and—most importantly—quiet. Huge win for parents on the move.
In an effort to cut down on my daily caffeine habit (send support), I opted for a strawberry açaí refresher instead of my go-to flat white. It’s not the same, let's be honest—but it’s tropical, slightly sweet, and growing on me. One non-coffee beverage at a time, right?
Being in Bali is full of magical moments—sunsets on Seminyak Beach, jungle swings in Ubud, scooter rides through Canggu—but sometimes the most relatable memories come from the calm in between. Like sipping something cold during your midday hustle, with kids catching Pokémon nearby or napping in the stroller.
