🐒 HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT MONKEYS AND KIDS IN BALI? 😂 I'm going to be honest... Even as an adult, monkeys are really not my thing. 😂 But I persevere because apparently 2 out of our 4 kids absolutely LOVE them. The other two? And Chad and I? Yeah... not so much. 😂🐒 So whenever there's a monkey forest involved, we find ourselves doing that classic family thing where half of us are excitedly looking for monkeys and the other half are quietly wondering why we agreed to this. 😂 This time we visited Sangeh Monkey Forest in Bali after hearing it could be a quieter alternative to some of the more well-known monkey spots. It's set amongst beautiful jungle and is home to hundreds of long-tailed macaques, with Pura Bukit Sari tucked inside the forest. And honestly, even if you're not particularly into monkeys, the surroundings are pretty spectacular. 🌿 The kids who love monkeys were VERY happy. The rest of us survived. 😂 I think that's one of the funny things about travelling as a family. You don't all have to love the same things. Sometimes you go because someone else does. And maybe that's actually part of the fun.
