Moving house in Bali—what a mission! 🏡🚛
We started the process before flying home to Australia by organizing a moving truck to shift all our larger items. Then, as soon as we got back, it was straight into prep mode to get everything ready for the big move into our new villa.
To make life easier, we booked a luggage truck to pick up the last of our things—such a handy option when moving bulky suitcases and boxes! Once everything was unloaded, it was time to unpack, set up beds, and get the villa feeling like home so we could spend our first night there.
Moving in Bali definitely comes with its quirks, but being able to settle into a new space and make it our own has been so rewarding. 🏠✨

We kicked things off even before flying back to Australia by organizing a moving truck for our larger items. This step saved so much stress later on! Once we returned to Bali, it was full steam ahead. Coordinating everything from packing to final preparations felt like a marathon, but the excitement of a fresh start kept us motivated.
A pro tip? Book a luggage truck for the smaller, bulky items like suitcases and boxes. These trucks are a game-changer. With one quick pickup, the remaining pieces of our home were seamlessly moved, taking a load off (literally!).
Once everything was delivered to the villa, the real work began—unpacking, setting up the beds, and sprinkling the space with personal touches. Turning a blank canvas into a cozy home is such a satisfying process. By nightfall, we were snuggled in, ready to enjoy our first evening in the new space. 🌙✨
