Is it worth going to Nusa Ceningan? After just one day here, we can confidently say—absolutely! This little island, tucked between Nusa Lembongan and Nusa Penida, is an underrated gem. If you love crystal-clear waters, quiet island roads, and breathtaking cliffside views, then add Nusa Ceningan to your Bali itinerary. Our adventure started with a rocky fast boat ride across to Lembongan, which was surprisingly easy. The staff were great, super helpful, and made the trip smooth (literally and figuratively!). Pro tip: pack light! Carry-on bags are ideal because lugging big suitcases on and off the boats can be a hassle. Once we arrived, we picked up three scooters to get around—enough for all six of us to ride comfortably. If you’re exploring these islands, scooters are the way to go, giving you the freedom to stop wherever you like. Before heading to Ceningan, we grabbed lunch on the Lembongan side—because food first, always. Then, we crossed the famous Yellow Bridge, which connects Lembongan to Ceningan, and made a quick stop at a convenience store to stock up on snacks, water, and fuel for the bikes. Then came the highlight of the day—checking into ARNA Bali. This place is next-level! Imagine luxury glamping tents perched on the edge of a cliff with jaw-dropping ocean views. Floating in that pool, looking out over the ocean, with nothing but blue stretching for miles—this is what island dreams are made of. As the sun started to set, we made our way back to ARNA to watch the sky change color from our front deck, soaking in the peaceful island vibes. And that was just Day 1!
