🇮🇩 One thing about Bali that continues to amaze me… With the current fuel situation, we spent about an hour waiting in the queue to fill up. And yes, it was hot. 🥵 But here’s what really got me. Nobody was angry. Nobody was carrying on. People were just patiently waiting their turn in the sunshine, getting on with it. And then, in the middle of all that, an absolute legend was walking around handing out bottles of water to people waiting in line. FOR FREE. ❤️ No big announcement. No expectation of anything in return. Just someone seeing other people in a difficult situation and deciding to do something kind. We’ve lived in Bali for a few years now, and it’s these little moments that remind me how much I love this place. Life isn’t always easy. Sometimes things don’t go to plan, and sometimes we all have to wait a little longer than we’d like. But kindness costs so little and can mean so much. To the person handing out those bottles of water, I hope good things find their way back to you. You probably made a lot of people’s day a little better. 🙏🏼 Good karma, patience and a little kindness. The world could use more of all three. ❤️🌴 Have you witnessed a random act of kindness lately? I’d love to hear about it. 👇🏼
