Run out of Kids Nurofen while you're in Bali? ๐ฎ๐ฉ๐ If you're used to reaching for Nurofen at home, you might be wondering what to look for when you need an ibuprofen alternative here in Bali. This is one of the options we've used while living here, so I thought I'd share it for anyone who finds themselves in the same situation! A little reminder though, I'm not a doctor, and this isn't medical advice. I'm just a mum who's lived in Bali for a few years, sharing what we use in our own household. โค๏ธ Always check the active ingredient and dosage on the packaging, and ask a pharmacist to confirm it's suitable for you or your child before taking it. Ibuprofen isn't suitable for everyone, and age restrictions, dosing and precautions matter, especially for children. Save this one for your Bali trip, because it's much easier to know what to ask for before you're standing in a pharmacy trying to work it out! ๐ด Have you ever had to find a familiar medicine while travelling overseas? ๐๐ผ #BaliTravelTips #LivingInBali #BaliWithKids #BaliFamilyFinds #BaliEssentials
