😂 The 40-minute holiday loophole. Rice goes in the rice cooker. ✔️ Suddenly I've got exactly 40 minutes where I technically can't cook dinner yet... So naturally, you'll find me floating around the pool on a giant pillow, wrapped in a blanket (don't judge 😂), completely lost in my Kindle. It's honestly one of my favourite parts of the day. No emails. No rushing. No "Mum, where's my...?" Just me, a good book and the knowledge that Future Me can worry about chopping vegetables when the rice is ready. It's the perfect little reset before the evening chaos begins. Tell me I'm not the only one who finds random little windows of time and protects them like their life depends on it. 🤣📚🍚🏊‍♀️
