🍜 WHY WE BUILT ALLERGY CARDS INTO THE BALI FAMILY FINDS APP This one is personal for us. ❤️ When you’re travelling with kids, there are already SO many things to think about… and if your child has a food allergy, ordering a meal can add another layer of worry. We know what it’s like to sit at a restaurant and think, “How am I going to explain this properly?” You can try to explain it yourself, use Google Translate, or hope you’ve found the right words… but when it’s something as important as a food allergy, we wanted to make that communication a little easier. So inside the Bali Family Finds app, you can now have allergy cards in English + Bahasa Indonesia ready on your phone. You can simply show the card to restaurant staff and use it to help communicate the allergy clearly. And with Bali Family Finds app, we’ve also added playable Bahasa Indonesia phrases, so you can actually listen to useful words and phrases before you use them. 🔊🇮🇩 It’s not a guarantee that food is safe, and it’s still important to speak with restaurant staff and take whatever precautions your family normally does but having the right words ready can be one less thing to worry about.
