🍫🥒 THE CAKE I WILL MAKE A THOUSAND TIMES OVER... Chocolate chip zucchini cake. 🤤 It's delicious, it's ridiculously easy and every single time I make it, it gets completely gobbled up. Which makes it the perfect solution for another very real problem in our house... The zucchini sitting at the bottom of the fridge slowly dying. 😂 You know the ones. You buy them with good intentions, have one or two meals planned and then suddenly there's a slightly questionable zucchini hiding behind everything else. 👀 Well, not anymore. Chuck them in a cake. 😂 The zucchini keeps the cake lovely and moist, the chocolate chips make it feel like a proper treat and somehow I'm able to convince myself we're being responsible with vegetables. It's basically a health food. Right? 😂🥒🍫 The kids love it, Chad loves it, I love it and it makes me feel slightly less guilty about the contents of the vegetable drawer. 10/10 would recommend. Now I just need to stop eating it long enough to actually save some for tomorrow's coffee. 😂☕️ Who else has a recipe that saves the random vegetables hiding in the bottom of the fridge? 👇🏼
